Day 01 Delhi-Haridwar (SHT EXP@0645/1130 hrs) Haridwar - Rishikesh (drive 40 Kms/01 Hrs approx) Depart for Rishikesh via train, on arrival check in at Ashram. Lunch and rest for the day. In the evening enjoy Rishikesh city visit and participate in Ganga Arti. Late evening back in to the ashram follow the rules dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 Rishikesh Ashram yoga retreat In the morning join the yoga session with our professional yoga guru, after session take yogic breakfast and relax for the day. In the evening take part in yoga session and dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03 Rishikesh Ashram yoga retreat In the morning join the 2hrs yoga session, retreat with pranayama and meditation. After lunch take part in healthy/yogic food classes and rest for the evening.
Day 04 Rishikesh Ashram yoga retreat and city visit In the morning join the 2hrs yoga practice and meditation session. After fresh-n-up spend some leisure time there. Post Lunch proceed for local sightseeing in Rishikesh or you can enjoy some adventures activities at your own cost available outside the camp like Rapelling, Zip lining, Rock Climbing return to camp for evening yoga session. Later enjoy Dinner & Overnight at the camp.
Day 05 Rishikesh Ashram yoga retreat In the morning join the 2hrs yoga session practice pranayama and meditation. In the afternoon enjoy Ayurvedic body massage and herbal bath according to instructions of yoga guru at Ashram. Late evening rest and relax at Ashram.
Day 06 Rishikesh Ashram yoga retreat In the morning after yoga session enjoy the breakfast and drive to Haridwar railway station to board a train to Delhi
Accommodation on Twin or Double on mentioned hotel or Similar.
Inclusive of transport services by AC Indigo/Swift Dzire as per the above itinerary.

Any International or Domestic Air or Rail Tickets,
Meals/drinks not mentioned. Any expenses of laundry, porter, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges.
Any travel, medical health insurance or any other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides etc. and anything not specified in cost included.
Any increase in the govt. taxes.
Any service not specified in inclusions.
Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
Cancellations received within 45-31 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
Cancellations received within 30 -15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused services are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
Wildlife Safaris booking cancellation: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Some cancellation/refund policies are as per suppliers:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.
Note: For the Long weekend, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
NOTE:
In case of non-availability of the hotel mentioned, we shall provide alternative hotels of similar category.
