The best time to visit Kedarnath is between April and June before the monsoon season arrives. The weather is pleasant during this time, with clear skies and comfortable temperatures. However, keep in mind that this is also the peak season, so it can get crowded. If you prefer a quieter experience, consider visiting in September or October after the monsoon season.
